Droga Maju, alez ja ziemniakow prawie w ogole nie jem. Czasami kromke chleba ale tez nie tak duzo. U mnie migrena zazwyczaj zwiazana jest z pogoda a glownie cisnieniem no i nierownomiernym wstawaniem w weekendy = migrena weekendowa.
